Merry Christmas | 25th Day of Christmas

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas..

Brett did! I love how he can be sooo animated now when opening gifts...

and how he can get excited over gifts too

and even show them off too.

he is such a good kid! Although after this last photo he thru the shirt down and went over to get another gift saying "more! more!" :)

Honestly I think this was one of the best Christmases.

We all felt good, rested, relaxed, felt we had enough time with all family, Alex took naps and was in a great mood, and we didn't feel any sense of rushness (is that a word?) or feeling like anyone was left out. Love that! We use to do 6 Christmases in 2 days while we were dating and first married and that was WAY too much. We now do 4 and its the perfect amount spread over 2 days. Although we did do 7 the first year Brett was born and we were all burnt out, it was way to much back and forth between places. I was really worried about this year and how Alex was going to do and he was a champ :)

He just liked eating the paper!

I can't wait for next year though, when Alex "gets" its and Brett is 100% on board for Santa. It's going to be even more fun!

Oh and did i mention I got a snuggle! lol!
